The process will vary slightly depending on if you are looking for a temp position, temp-to-hire, direct placement or career-temp positions. Here is the “Perfect Fit” process for our job seekers…
Greetings
Call or come down to one of our two conveniently located offices. You’ll experience a warm welcome!
Introduction and Application
Our business is based on developing solid relationships, so we take the time to get to know you. Part of this step is having you complete an application that helps us understand your needs, skills, and experience.
Legal
Through the course of getting to know you, we’ll cover a few things the legal system requires us to handle. Nothing major, just a standard review of our Policies and Procedures, and things like our Equal Opportunity Employer statement.
Discovery
Here is where the fun begins. Using a personal and unique process, we’ll take the time to discover your individual strengths, skills, abilities and aptitudes. Because we understand people, we take the time to really assess and identify your strongest assets. Additionally, depending on the type of employment you are looking for, we utilize Qwiz in the discovery process – a scientifically advanced computer skills assessment program.
Usually people are surprised to discover just how valuable their services can be to the wide range of employers we deal with.
Safety
No one wants to suffer injuries or accident. That’s why we take the time to provide you with job-specific safety training.
The Interview
Finally, we sit down with you in a private, personal, one-on-one interview. This is where we pull all the pieces together and begin the actual matching process. During the interview you will have an opportunity to boast of your strengths, discuss areas where you feel you could use improvement (this is important because we often have the ability to help move you up the pay scale by overcoming these barriers), and help us understand your unique needs and circumstances.
The Perfect Fit
Once we have a full picture of your needs, skills, experience, and expectations, we begin looking through our extensive job openings to find you the perfect fit. Don’t worry, once we find a match for you, we’ll give you all the job details, discuss how the pay works, and make sure you have a full understanding of what is expected of you. And remember, you’re never forced to take a job you’re uncomfortable with. Our job is to ensure a “perfect fit” and we will only be satisfied when we do just that.
The Available List
If, after you complete a temp job, or if, for some reason, an immediate “perfect fit” is not found between your skill set and our job openings, we will place you in our “Available List”. As new openings come in, we will perform our “Perfect Fit” search. If there is a match we will immediately contact you to see if you would like to fill the new opening. It is our way of creating and nurturing a long-term relationship that meets your job needs perfectly.
